Beechfork Ranch is a family-owned cattle and horse operation.
The Crum family has worked hard to grow and improve the ranch, and proudly offers high-quality cattle and horses for sale at all times. Hard work and dedication drive the Crum's to constantly grow and improve operations. The ranch consists of multiple divisions with large operations in Arkansas, New Mexico and Texas. The Arkansas division spreads across three counties deep in the Ozark Mountains, between Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River, offering an ideal location for feeding out and breeding replacement heifers. The New Mexico division, Cat Mountain, sits at the base of the San Mateo Mountains and also consists of flat grasslands of the San Agustin Plains. The ranch houses a large cow-calf operation and offers trophy elk and antelope hunting. The Weatherford ranch heads our cutting horse operation. Geoffrey Sheehan, our resident trainer, has great horses available for sale at all times.
The ranch has grown to house over 3,000 cows, including quality genetics from excellent breeding programs around the country.
The ranch owns outstanding Quarter Horse broodmares and stallions, descending from the finest performance stallions in the industry. We strive to raise horses that are dependable, smart, athletic, and cowy. Horses owned by Beechfork Ranch have earned and produced money in the NCHA, NRHA, NRCHA, USTRC, and others are AQHA point earners. Young colts, geldings, and fillies are available for viewing on the ranch at all times, along with finished ranch geldings and show horses.
